The Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals has issued issued a corrected email address for those who wish to sign up for the public forum Thursday, Nov. 17, on the Supports Intensity Scale, the assessment used to set individual budgets for adults receiving developmental disability services.
